How do you take your tea and/or coffee?
(totally grossed out by someone at Tim Hortons yesterday asking for 6 sugars and 4 cream in a medium cup)

In coffee, just a bit over a teaspoon sugar (not heaping) and a bit of Coffee Mate (lactose free).
In tea, depends upon what kind, usually add nothing. For regular black tea, sometimes a bit of sugar and whitener. May add a bit of honey to some herbal teas.
One of my sisters takes a bit of coffee with all her sugar and cream - it's gross!

Double double in coffee (down from triple triple a few years ago) and in tea I like 2 milk and 3 sugar.
After working at Tim Horton's for years I've heard it all! The worst was the XL 8X8 guy... you could hardly stir it!!

not much of a coffee drinker (used to use it as a base for my Frangelico
), but becoming one over the last month or so. Two milk (yes milk, not cream) one sugar.
tea - it varies greatly, but generally just milk, and lots of it. If I'm treating myself, add a splash of honey.
