I called sdm to ask about my bp and they tell me that they only can give me th 8000 points because I only purchase one gift car and I told him it can be, because I did 3 transactions and I use my credict card to doit and I asked the cashier if I can reloaded and I steal get the points and she yes I can do it and I don't know what to do can any one help me please and know I can't use my points this weekend

I may be wrong but also thought it stated for this promotions that it was limited to 1 bonus per optimum card.

I find in general the cashiers do not know much about the optimum promotion as I asked mine as I checked out and she asked the other girl on cash and neither knew what I was talking about until they walked over and read the tiny sign on the display.

SassyAshley, it was one bp bonus per transaction. They said you can do more than one as long as you bought 2+ for each transaction.

When I went in the cashier didn't even know the promotion was going ON until I pointed out it was being advertised over store radio while she was calling her manager for help.

If you put $150 on two GCs, maybe you can ask the store to put them on for you manually?

Do you have your receipts that show purchases of two or more gift cards in each transaction of your three transactions?

Posting this in the SDM area may get you more responses.

You indicated you did three transactions, did you do three separate transactions? Did the cashier scan your card on each transaction? On each, did you buy at least 2 gift cards totaling $150? There is no limit per Optimum card, there are people with 40+ transactions for this promotion, so no issue on limit here.

There is no limit in how many set of $150 you can buy, but it seems like you buy 3 GCs and load $150 to each GCs, maybe the store manager can add the points manually to your account if HO can't help you.
