Henrietta turned and started to run for the rear door. She had been devising this plan for years and there was no way she was going to fail now.

She had planned out every possible outcome for the situation, but that look in Paul's eyes chilled her blood, freezing her in place.

At that moment, Jerome opened the back door and stepped inside.

"Freeze!" he bellowed, as he drew is pistol up from it's holster.

Henrietta's eyes widened. She thought she'd planned for every circumstance.

Suddenly the gun went off. A terrifying scream rang out and then....silence.

A soft weeping could be heard in the distance. What have I done.

Harriette, with her face cupped in her hands, kneeling beside Paul, was the first to break the silence.

I never new you had a twin sister Paul. Why didn't you tell me? What to do....what to do?

I could use some pancakes thought the ghost of the house.

Sitting there in the window ledge, the Ghost wondered if anyone had bothered noticing him, with all the hysteria going on.

The girl felt a shiver run the length of her spine and wondered aloud about ghosts, but no one heard her.

Harriette waited for what seemed like an eternity for something, anything, to happen...but nothing.

Not a creature was stirring on Xmas Eve, which really annoyed the cat.
