Not all Metros have such good deals on meat. Same as not all Walmarts have great markdowns. I have learned which stores in my area have better deals.

In my part at the grocery or everywhere I go I always paid in cash....No more debit cart.I go to the bank for the money I need and calculate my needs before;Last year when I noticed they charged me like 3,00$ per transaction...I start crying and I change my way of use...I am still crying for that lol.You dont always catch it until you see your receipts.10$ per month=100$ or more per year...I prefer to kept my money in my pocket and wallet lol

If you are able to open ING or PC chequing accounts, you may be able to use debit with no monthly fees. But if you feel better sticking to cash, that's fine too.
