    Can't wait for Xmas eve dinner which we usually celebrate with DH's family as he's the youngest of 8 siblings! Lots of lil kids running around and gift exchanges... Dinner is potluck style mainly Filipino-style/Chinese/Asian food but I'm not good at cooking ethnic (go figure!) so I usually bring a roast chicken... Or meatloaf... Or pasta

    That sounds like fun! I am a Uke but thanks to my neighbor I now make lumpia and pancetta like a MA!

    Awesome! Sorry this is a dumb question... but whats a Uke? (Japanese? Ukrainian?)

    I've tried making pancit and adobo chicken... Yum... But I think DH misses his mama's cooking I think that's what I need... A Filipino cookbook

    allergies....i am on antihistamines everyday so I dont worry about them anymore otherwise any processed food would have been bad lol

    I agree with not judging what we got against others as I would be happy with a roll of toilet paper lol(i wouldnt have to by it)
