Those are a couple of scary pictures, Vesper...please tell me none are of you? ~
The first two look like Cowboy fans. Explains a lot.
I will not be uploading any bathing suit photos my Dear, but I can't speak for any of the others on here....perhaps Ms Cougar herself, Thriftygranny???Last edited by Lynn49; Sun, Jan 6th, 2013 at 11:17 PM.

Not sure how I feel about this seasons biggest loser, but watching it did ensure my evening snack was 4clementines and water.
Weekend was good. We pack our lunches for skiing so it keeps it somewhat healthy. On the way home we needed to feed the kids so all the families agreed to Swiss Chalet. I love the fries, but my kids are kind enough to share a few so salad it was. Today I did the dreaded stairs at the gym. My legs will feel it in the morning.
Happy Monday and back to school (ugh).
You guys have inspired me to return to my nightly tea, I always find it so soothing and it stops the late night snacking.Friends don't let real friends pay full price.

Well I made it through making the kids school lunches without munching so that is good
I had a good weekend, Saturday was my once in a blue moon cheat with cheese. I find cheese the toughest to quit so I allow it once in a while, meat and other dairy I had no problem giving up.
As for biggest loser this season, I also found it tougher to watch a bit. They have a higher amount of whiners than usual, not impressed and the one that walked off already not sure what is wrong with her. What a mistake.

Just checking in to see how my wonderful ladies are doing. Nice to hear about all the great snacks everyone is having....GOLDFISH, one of the treats I missed a lot when I found out I was a Celiac I'm over it now though, I've moved on to greek yogurt with cut up fresh pineapple in it, mmmmm, my favorite. It's nice that down here, the pineapples are only a few dollars each. I probably eat at least 2 a week
I hope everyone made it through the weekend and is ready for a new start to a new week. Just keep thiking of how wonderful you guy's are going to look in a few short months.
Just a thought, but it would be great if you could all post a before picture, and then post a new picture every 6 or 8 weeks, I'd love to see all the differences.
Also, I just want to remind everyone that the number on the scale is just that, a number. What counts is how you feel in your clothes. I find that the best indication. Maybe you only lost 6 or 7 lbs, but if you've lost an inch in the waist, thats huge. I know that if my clothes fit me better, I feel good.
We all need a little sunshine every now and then

Managing nicely...very determined this time, and I don't quite know why, except that success breeds optimism, so I know that since I've lost that weight, I can continue to do so. Like Holly said, it's also inches, and my jeans which were getting a little snug at Christmas have loosened up a bit, so I know I'm on the right track with this Shred Diet.
I can't wait to weigh myself on Friday!!!
Hope everyone is feeling as optimistic about their weight loss!!! Keep going...one step, one day at a time...!!!
We'll ALL get there!!!
