a litle question
.....if you make an order and qualify for free shipping.....and one of the books you ordered is to be relesed at a later date.....would yo pay shipping for the book (s) they send separately ?

thank'sNo - when you check out, your shipping is free with the assumption that items will ship together ... quite often they don't and you will receive an e-mail as items are sent off that there is no additional charge to you. ... I'm earning $5-25 Amazon.ca gift cards EVERY month, are you?

I love amazon. They ship SO quickly. I've gotten stuff the day after I ordered with just regular shipping.

More Amazon.ca kudos.
DH dropped our laptop on the weekend, fortunately the machine is OK, but the power supply got broken. Ordered a new one on Monday, just checked the tracking and it's in Halifax today. Then we decided to buy a tablet at Costco. Ordered a case for it on Tuesday, it's in Halifax today too!

I've bought lots of things through Amazon.ca, particularly out-of-print books. Depending on what's available, they can be a lot cheaper than eBay, and you don't have to go through with the bidding process. I like reading the reviews on the site too; it's good to make an informed decision when shopping.
The Amazon.com site has better prices, so when we were in Hawaii a couple months ago, we had some parcels delivered to our condo. If you do this, make sure you have enough time for delivery; one package was a bit dicey for us because it was so close to Christmas.

It is so nice and refreshing to read a thread with all good things! Too often we dwell on the inconviences we have, so it's wonderful to see that we can also appreciate the good things that happen. I too have nothing to say but great things about Amazon.ca - super service and prompt replies

I've been really satisfied with my experiences with amazon.ca too
, shopping with them maybe 6 years now. I hope they will expand even more, I get jealous when I check out amazon.com.

There is a reason Amazon's stock price is so high. They get customer SERVICE. As time goes by, the shipping times will also
get better and better. Go Amazon!

Dh and I both love Amazon.ca.
He ordered a book last Saturday and the following Monday it was in my Mailbox.
(mind you, where it was shipped from is the same city we live in.) Non-the-less really good!
