around here they have taken steps to prevent the empty tear pads.. while i do understand the reps what to prevent it.. it's only made it that much harder to just take 1 coupon.. now instead of a little plastic clip holding the coupons onto the holder.. they have this rather large metal bolt.. and the smaller tear pads on the free hanging cardboard.. now have this big white plastic plug what rips every coupon that comes off of it it's like trying to squeeze a toonie through a hole the size of a dime

usually its about your own kindness, if your a nasty rude person you will probably take the whole tear pad but if your like most smart canucks you will take a few (3-5) and leave the rest for others! Happy couponing yall!

I think people need to teach some residence of Hamilton. The Smartsource lady was out today and even got to talk to her and she gave me some tuna coupons. Anyways I went to No frills all brand new coupons out from candles, fish, Greek yogurt drink etc but I walk to get some tuna fish and the whole tear pad was gone and the person used scissors. Took the whole pad of the $1.00 flavor tuna and the smartsource lady just left.
Then I went to another No Frills and I could tell the lady just left maybe 30 mins ago. I was taking the bus and no tuna coupons and no fish coupons same scissor marks. Then I went to Fortinos and I must of beat the smartsource lady. I saw her putting some coupons out and we started talking. I told her about the two No Frills and someone took all the coupons. She said it happens a lot in Ontario and they are changing the coupons in the summer so they will have a shorter date less than two months and Ontario coupons will state valid in Ontario only to prevent as she called "thiefs". She said other provinces are doing it now and Ontario will do it next. Then she gave me 20 tuna coupons and 5 fish coupons. I was happy
She told me she does the coupons once a month is my area and she will have new ones mid March yay
