2 weeks ago garnier body ltion was on sale at shoppers for 2.99$.and i bought 10 bottles from walmart i did price match and i used $3.00 off coupon on 2 body lotions so basically paid $19...but one day i got surprised i was reading the label on the back side of the bottle and it says on it....recommendations,do not use on face...i dont buy seperate moisturizer i just buy lotion thats all in one for my family for example nivea, curel and keri etc...my question is that can i still return the product to walmart because i have used coupons for that one...the garnier body lotion is good if you keep using it but if you stop using it your skin becomes more dry then it was ever before but sorry again its my own experience...

I don't think they would take back lotion.Just buy one lotion you can use on your face then use the Garnier on the rest of the body until you have used your lotion up.

I must've got a different type than you all did as I really like it because my fingers used to be cracked all of the time and they haven't since I started using the Garnier lotion.

You can return the lotion, only if it is unused. But I would suggest keeping it and then just buying a different lotion for your faces. Eventually all the garnier will get used up.
I agree with everyone else who doesn't like this cream. I only got it because of those FPC's that I traded for because free is free. I found it was also too thin and did not moisturize at all. After my showers I put lotion all over my body as in the winter I get really dry skin. With this garnier lotion it was annoying because I would have to do one coat, then let it dry, then do a second coat, let it dry and then apply a third coat to my most dry areas. So instead I've switched back to aveeno which I only have to do one coat with. The garnier will still get used, but in the spring/summer when I need a lighter lotion for my hands only.Insert Clever Signature Here

actually i use nivea or curel lotion for my face and body...so when i use nivea i dont need to apply it again and again..for example if you apply lotion on your hands and for some reasons you wash your hands you dont need to apply lotion again..but with garnier after washing hands skin becomes more dry...and sorry if i am wrong because its my own experience..

I have yet to use my sample, but I get exzema on my hands and arms, so if it really does dry out your skin, I dont think I want to try it.......

Yes. I find it to be a lighter lotion.
Should be a good summer lotion when you don't need much moisturizer because it's warm.

This is why sometimes I prefer to buy new lotions or products at shoppers. I've never had a problem returning partially uaed products there within 30 days, with my receipt. I've returned quite a few products over the years. That being said, it's a legit return/incompatiblity issue and I return it within a couple of uses....nothing like the pizza commercial that's on the air now where they try to take (mccains I think?)up on theor money back guarantee!

I'd spot test on your face and if it doesn't give you any problems or reactions, go ahead and try it there. If I use a lotion I'll use it wherever, I've never had a problem using a body lotion on my face, aside from the case of trying to apply makeup over top.

Honestly, if the label says don't use on the face, I wouldn't.
They have this ingredient I've never seen before in it called L-Bifidus which is based from the probiotics in yogurt. Might be perfectly fine on your face but I'm not going to be the guinea pig. I've always used a face cream on my face anyway so this wasn't an issue for me.
That aside, I love this lotion. I was disapointed the first day I used it. I saw the dryness return the next morning but after consistent use I've found it's very moisturizing without being greasy. I feel like I have nothing on, minus the flaky skin. Love it!The best things in life...aren't things
