You DO know how it's done Shwa. as always, nice going. Those stickers on the meat is the best kept secret I think. I plan my meals around what meat is on sale.
Saturday early a.m. I did the FB shop for their advertised deals, and some things NOT on sale ( Krill Oil supplements, DH's Fish oil supplements and the Organic ground flax seeds...I blocked out the prices in my mind, lol) NF for the Red peppers, SDM for the eggs, thank goodness all 3 stores are near to each other.
CT was kind enough to give DH and I some free scratch cards later in the day when he got up, so that was some fun discounted Tassimo discs, and adventures going to 3 stores.

I notice that Loblaws has the 30% off pink meat sticker and a newer red stickers, Manager's Special - 50% off. You can get some great meat at a low price with the Manager's Special

I always find at my Loblaws they reduce the meat which is on special that week usually on Wed or Thursdays if they have alot in preparation for the friday flyer's new meat specials....got boneless chicken thighs for 50% off this week!

BTW, about the PC Organics cremini mushrooms, Loblaws didn't put them on the reduced produce rack, but kept them on the regular mushroom shelf. Sneaky.
Just chopped them up and sauteed them with herbs.
Nothing at all wrong with them -- they're like perfect.

About the PC Black Label product line, I thought they were way too overpriced, so I watch them each time I shop. Many of them are slowly going down in price, especially the perishables.
