Does anyone know how long it takes to receive the codes when you redeem for a Chapters gift card? I redeemed $50 in points on May 1st for the Chapters gift card, and I still have not received anything. I think in the email it said I would get them in 24-48 hours? I am not too impressed at this point.

I got my last few redemptions (most recently April 26) instantly. The code/PIN was inside the 'confirmation' email.

Okay Im a pissed off pregnant lady now! when I try and copy and paste the code, it keeps saying that its either incorrect or been used before! grrrrrrrrrr wonder how long it will take them to respond to my email.....

i just checked online my gc balance and it was $10
i entered gc # and pin

they have two boxes GC and gift certificate , you need to enter as GC

I just got paid for a survey I completed last OCTOBER 16th.....only took 7 months LOL.....so there is hope for them yet??

yikes looks like web perspectives really is going downhill! Correct me if i am wrong ( i never cashed out for a cineplex gift card before)but now it says redeem for a voucher!! Was going to cash out for cineplex gift card and get $ out of it from one of those sell your gc to cash websites but it looks like that's not happening now!

Trying to save up to get 10,000 points here but may cash out while i am ahead for that chapters gift card super soon!!

Set up a chapters Indigo acct. Redeem your WP points for gift codes....with the gift codes buy a physical gift card. I believe shipping is free for a $25 GC (they have $25-$50-$100 denominations)gift cards. If you have any extra money left in your Chapters acct. after buying the GC all you have to do is add the balances to the physical GC. Then you can sell it for 75% @ one of the card exchange sites.

Good to know! I redeemed a few days ago and placed an order already..saving mine for Christmas shopping now!
