Shoppers - My first time using coupons at bonus points event

Long time SDM customer but today was the first time I ever used coupons to bring my total below the spending threshold. After lurking around these forums and reading about how others maximize their shoppers points, I was curious and decided to finally venture out with coupons. I was worried that I wouldn't get the points and the cashier kept warning me as well but it all worked out!

Here's what I bought:
1 Veet EasyWax Electrical Roll-on kit @ $25.49 - $10 printable coupon
1 Dial Liquid Soap Refill Pouch @ 3.99 - $2 smartsource coupon
1 Tresemme conditioner @ 3.99 - $1.50 tearpad
1 International Delight Cinnabon Coffee creamer @ 1.99 - $0.75 printable coupon
2 Jars of Olay moisture cream @ 9.99 each - $5 WUB2 P&G coupon
2 Dawn dish detergents @ $1.99 each - $1 WUB2 P&G coupon
1 Quattro disposable razors @ 5.99 - $4 printable coupon
1 Covergirl powder @ 5.99 - $2 P&G coupon
3 Greenworks sprays @ $1.99 each- $1.50 CO51 (Mad at myself: I have a $4 off WUB3 coupon but I was flustered and forgot to give it to the cashier)

Total points = 770 + 1000 + 18500 = 20270

My total came to $51.12 plus tax. Much better than spending $75 plus tax!

Awesome job on the bonus points. I just realised a few weeks ago that SDM gives you points on your purchase BEFORE the coupons get taken off. Love it.
