Morning ladies! Hubby decided we need to leave earlier than 5am so he woke me up at 4:20am & we left to drive home at 4:30am! The munchkin woke up when we moved her to the car BUT she was happy awake & stay awake for 1.5 hrs before falling back asleep. Luckily she didn't wake up during the transfer from the car to her bed & I got to have another 3 hrs in bed! Still tired though.

    oh buddy......

I have a breadmaker... I take it out maybe once every 2 years... lol. Isn't that terrible? I like it more for pizza dough, cheese bread that kind of thing.. I guess I'm not in love with the denser type of loaf my machine tends to make. I did, however, find an awesome recipe on Pinterest for an artisan type bread, but not for the slow cooker. It sits on the counter, no kneading... then bakes in a covered casserole.. I almost ate half a loaf when I made it...

I LOVE breads... they love my lower half.. I keep thinking I'm going to get back on that low/no carb eating plan, but really, I don't know that I can live without bread...

Oh.... here's the link if you want to check out the no-knead artisan bread... super crusty and yummy!

Ditto on what the other girls have said so far... best to check with your cell provider as rates can be insane, as well, I've heard some clients not having any service.. not sure if it has to do with some companies not having towers? Also.. as Pumpkin mentioned, if your son is the slightest bit picky for eating, bring snacks and granola bars.. it's not like you can just run to the corner store for a bag or doritos in Cuba! For eating at the restaurants, water, ice, veggies etc. are fine..however, I would watch a bit for the water in your room. I find it fine for brushing teeth, taking an Advil, etc... but if you are drinking lots of water for hydration, I'd stick with the bottled to be safe.

Slammy, your nails look awesome! Although.. I kinda knew they would.. if you decorate cakes, you've got a steady hand.. I'd love to try this but I think my dots might not look so... round... lol!
    Thank you, your too kind

DH actually is grossed out by the things people ship in boxes from all over... snakes, tarantulas, bugs, and things I won't name but really really gross. And he said the smells are even worse... he said he thinks someone shipped expired cases of kimchi and anchovies.

LOL, funny enough... he was working overtime yesterday processing packages at the Mississisauga "hole" and he came home all pooped and complaining that they were sooo busy with all the extra packages. He also smelled suspisciously of chocolate

My buddy got her package on Saturday morning =)
Buddy, just wanted to give you a heads-up that there are several OPEN NOW gifts buried somewhere in there that you can go ahead and endulge in

Also, sorry but there was really no rhyme or reason for the way I numbered them... I was more concerned with wrapping them all in time and away from the munchkin and her itchy, curious hands. By the time I got to numbering them, I forgot which was which... and sorry about some of the bad wrapping. Bah!

Buddy your package still says it's in the place I dropped it off! But has a delivery date of tomorrow so I hope it's actually moving just no scanning...

Fingers crossed I get a parcel today Or that kiddo does. Hmm wonder what he'll do if we get two and they aren't on the same day...

Need to take my car in for an appraisal, they are open 7:30 to 4:30, so I have to use some vacation time, how annoying!! Want to get it done asap though so will try and go tonight, maybe leave work a little early. Or take all day tomorrow off and go to a movie?

Yes! !!! I have left it packed...kinda...I tore into the top and then stopped myself so I didn't play the "hmmmm....I wonder what this feels like" game

Haha - no worries on the wrapping/numbering....mine is the EXACT same situation

Ooohh.. my second buddy guess... maybe you're my buddy! I HATE HATE spiders... they really creep me out. I think this would be one of my biggest fears.. second only to those wicked looking "common house centipedes"... common my A$%!

I saw this too!! Went on a big organizing spree yesterday in the kitchen.. cleaned out my food cupboards, and 6 drawers.. holy moly was there a lot of crap in there! Can't believe how much was packaging.. and how much space it all took.. Feeling "lighter" already. Have 2 more cupboards in the kitchen, then I need to tackle the "tupperware" cupboard (OMG please help!) then on to the bathroom. Thought this was an awesome way to condense my medicines & fixer upper stuffs!
