Decided 2 weeks ago that the only way to loose weight as a family is to have a home gym. Went in with a $500 budget at stuck by it.
Flooring - CT about $100
Eliptical machine $200 from kijiji.ca
Weider 1200 machine $100 from kijiji.ca
weights and bench - $50
punching bag -$40 ( going to sell as it can't go up in the basement)
so just under

Good Deals... now you can get a good work out without spending the big fees at a health club.

Nice one.
Your very own 24 hour gym, available in all seasons. See you have the fan ready too - great.
If you want your own "aerobics class" in your new gym, free DVDs from the library is just the thing. I found Zumba DVDs at a public library.

That looks great!
I love to see others start to make lifestyle changes, you and your family will feel wonderful. I feel great since making my own home gym and watching what I eat.
I use myfitnesspal.com to track my food and I do HIIT training, as I think it's the most effective. A good site for workouts is fitnessblender.com
They have a youtube channel and have a ton of different workouts.
