2 silly questions

Hi all, I'm just wondering where everyone is getting all their FPCs from? I've never managed to get one. Do they come from rebates or do you phone the companies for them?
Also while II've got your attention, why are there dotted lines and scissors around the UPCs on some packages? Am I supposed to be clipping and saving these? Is THAT where the FPCs come from LOL !!

Hi, eggroll!

I'm not a huge trader, but I know lots of people trade for FPCs.
Any of the ones I get come from those special times companies offer FPCs - most recently, there have been facebook offers.
I did get a recent one from J&J I emailed for their travel pack.
Sometimes contest wins are also FPCs - for example, early in this year I had won a year's worth of Tropicana OJ, which came as 52 FPCs.

Regarding the UPCs, once in a while, some companies have offers where you send in UPCs to get a free or discounted item, sometimes you have to pay shipping.
It's been a while since I saw or did one - last was a few years ago for Blue Water fish, got one of those silicone oven mitts.
