You're exactly right. He kept on with the 'well you' or 'but you' so I kept saying 'this isn't about me'. As for calling him on it, he got the ultimatum - get counselling or get out. At least your DH mulled it over, mine wouldn't because that would mean I MAY be right and he DOES need counselling. He's convinced himself that he doesn't and nothing will change that.

Yesterday afternoon I was informed that my contract with the daycare agency that I work for is terminated effective immediately. I didn't even know that was their plan until one of the parents called me asking what was going on. The agency had someone come over (I know her) and stay at my house until the last child was picked up. She was crying because she knows none of it is my fault but I'm the one paying the price. DH (dickhead) DID say he was sorry for causing all of this but I don't believe that he's sincere because I still have yet to hear 'I do have issues I need to deal with'.
But, the bright side is that the agency is well aware that this isn't my fault so this morning I went into one of the centres and filled out the paperwork, did the orientation and got the general information on what my job will be for the next few months. They know my concern is that I don't want DS home alone with dickhead (for now anyway) so I'll only be working during school hours.
I rarely buy clothes for myself so tonight I have to head to VV and find some casual shirts and tops. For the past 4 years I've been wearing t-shirts, track pants, hospital scrubs - crap clothes because by the end of the day I'd either end up with baby puke, snot, food or dirt all over me so why ruin good clothes? Now isn't THAT a pretty picture!!!

As much as I despise dickhead for putting me in this situation, I'm glad I'm getting out more and away from him. I've had my fill of home daycare so it's time for a change. I DO see the silver lining which is a good thing.

yup. being more independent and not letting him get to u, takes all his power away. expect him to turn up his shyat, he has to get a reaction out of you and so far it's not working... keep doing what you are doing

hoping I picked the right song running it through a few times I'm never confident with the songs LOL I always seem to sabotage myself somehow, probably cause my mom is too critical if I mess up a note I never hear the end of it LOL and she tells me all the time my sis is a better singer LOL so I practise when no one is home

ya but this is a MUSICAL I'm pretty sure people arent going to get parts unless they are musical...I always doubt myself though then do ok so I need to stop stressing myself out LOL (can you tell I'm a perfectionist)
doesnt help that I have a sinus and head cold coming on great perfect for sat thanks to mom and dad who kindly shared...

the snout= the cow snout on seek's slippers i'm crocheting
the inches was how far i had to go, or had gone..i needed to go 10 1/2 and my stupid ruler only went to 6 so i had to find a bigger ruler..found a 12"
the dirtycow= the cow was supposed to be done with aran, offwhite wool, i did bright white, i have a clean cow
crocheting cramps my fingers

i think that was it. oh and the face of the cow does look like a boob.

I feel about 70% better though ended up getting my digital camera and using the sound recording on it to record me doing the song and it sounds ok so I'm happy LOL

oh and for that model job I applied for they got back to me really quickly and asked for a resume and headshot and now I havent heard a thing since too bad the pay looked awesome LOL guess they didnt like the headshot I sent them!

The downvoters have gotten to my doggy's entry, she's now at 4.5. The weird part is they haven't got to my kitty's entry, he's still holding at 5, that or they like it.
