    I sent some out the first day, and no one received them.

    I decided to do it again (it says you only have once chance) - it let me do it again, no issues. My friends received their emails pretty much right away. My mother signed up last night, and I got my confirmation that I'll be receiving a gift pack this morning.

    So my suggestions if your friends have not received emails, and you sent them out the first day - do it again.
