Breakfast for 45 this morning at the school. Teens sure can eat. I made 10 lbs of bacon, 10lbs of sausages, 12 dozen eggs, 25 lbs of homefries, 48 croissants with fried egg and cheese on them, homemade raspberry and strawberry jam and 6 loaves of toast . Not many leftovers .

Oh my!!! That is some serious eating. Patty, it makes me very happy to read your posts when you are helping out at your kid's schools. It is a great thing to do. I know your kids must be pleased that their Mom is taking such an active role as a parent helper.

This world needs more Moms like Patty Smyth....(I hope your dh realizes how fortunate he is to have a gal like you by his side)

Duck Dynasty, I don't get it?

Patty, I gave it a try last week. Started with the Christmas special, it was lame, so just watched a bit.
Thought I'd try the regular season, so started with the first episode of this last season, only watched 10 min, and realized it wasn't for me...

Not that there's anything wrong with duck hunting, their business, etc. - just didn't grab me. Maybe one has to watch more to get into the characters/families.

What I find scary in this whole debacle is the outright rage/hatred people have when you disagree with someone's opinion of the show and the comments that guy made. I almost feel like if I said I don't like the show or the comments he made to one of these people in person they would blow my head off. So much for free speech.

You know , for the record, I don't like the color green either. Let the hate begin
