That sucks Wayne. Sorry to hear that. Berndawg you're lucky, When I hit a guy who broke into our place 15 years ago he got 3 months for B&E but I got 6 months for assault with a deadly weapon.

I was lucky it happened at a time when they patted u on the back. it was 1974, a way different time then, I knew a guy out west who who woke 2 find a guy in his bedroom he grabbed his sword off the wall ran the guy through the chest killing him, he got 5yrs protecting his property, now that sucks....
