I've been getting this error message and after sending support an email, this is the response I received today:
"Thank you for contacting iCoke.ca. We appreciate the opportunity to assist you.
We are happy to help and are currently researching this for you. Someone from our team will follow up with you within 5-7 business days.
We appreciate your continued patience.
If you have any other questions, feel free to contact us again."
5-7 business days is a long time to wait for an answer in my opinion!
**UPDATE: I can now enter pins without any problem, no error messages. So I would suggest everyone getting that message try it out now

well i gotta admit i'm kinda disappointed with the codes for movie tickets.. i used two this afternoon (taking hubby to the movies tonight) and we don't even get scene points with them.. atleast with the other passes (the admit one passes that are mailed to you) you get scene points with them

yup the codes do work.. was a bit of a pain when entering them (but i think that was a website issue) when i printed them only half the ticket printed (had to put it in landscape mode to get it to print properly for some oddly bizarre reason) but i managed it.. and ofcourse.. once you use the ticket it's no refundable (so if you find out you can't go because your kid decides to wake up and have a meltdown before you go out the door.. your SOL)

I find their website difficult. Not intuitive.
