Brag: Forgot my lunch. McDonalds? No! Bloblaws? Yes!

Like a good Smart Canuck, made a nice lunch and snacks and had them in the fridge.

This is an on-the- road work day. Wanted something for a morning snack and, where’s the lunch? At home. In in the fridge.

Passed a Loblaws and here’s what I got from their Pink Sticker Heaven(~50% off):

Broccoli and kale bagged veggies, reg. $2.99, sale $1.50

Liberte vanilla yogurt, reg. $4.19, sale $2.10

Natural Value wheat free/gluten free cheddar curls, reg. $2.49, sale $1.25

2x bagged bananas, reg. $0.79/lb, sale $0.40/lb. I don’t know why these were reduced & bagged ~ they looked perfectly fine to me

Deli sandwich~~ multigrain turkey. Plus a coupon on the sandwich for $2.00 off when you buy a soup + sandwich deal.
Bought cheap gas at the Loblaws gas bar and got an Auto Cash coupon. Used the coupon to decrease grocery bill.

Spent $9.xx and have enough for a few lunches and the broccoli +kale is good for a few servings

So you can eat fairly healthy and spend less than $10~~ all because of Pink Sticker Heaven
