went to marksworkwarehouse -cause a top I bought last week is now on sale 8.60 cheaper in my account
-oh and they let you hold any items in their store til sat when everything is 20% off-so I picked out a pair of capris ,nice t-shirt and t-shirt for hubby -haven't bought any new clothing in awhile-so I will go back on sat at 8.00 am or close to it
-donated 2 bags of clothing to value village got an 30 % off coupon
so I bought

(1) very pretty bracelet with a clasp (black and gold) was 7.99 and I asked the girl why as everything else was 5.99 ,6.99 that looked really new -so I asked can you take a dollar off -yep the supervisor said (if you don't askyou will not know right) so 4.90 in the end
(1) glasses case .99-30%=.69
(1) reading glasses (a spair )for me and I tried them against mine -look brand new 3.99-30%=2.79
then stopped in food basics was on the way home

(2) nature valley granola bars 1.44
(1) honey bunches of oats 2.99-1.00 cpn=1.99

saved 9.00 in coupons spent21.00

Nicely played.
Love that Marks lets us do that. They try to be flexible.
Yah I find that snapsaves runs out of fruit/veggies ones real fast.

Good day shopping, I find the snapsave produce offers go so quick. I am not sure I have ever been successful.
Friends don't let real friends pay full price.

I went to Value Village today too, for the same reason, i.e. donate two bags of clothing and get 30% off. Shopped too long in the store....couldn't wait any longer in the long line at the cash, and so abandoned my cart. I have chemo-induced neuropathy, and can't stand for long. Silly me; I just over-estimated myself, LOL. Gotta budget how much (time) I spend on my feet too. So....I didn't get my 30% savings. The guy at the donation door said that I should just tell the cashier that I made the donation; I didn't get a coupon. Oh well, glad you got some super sales, coupongirl! I enjoy vicarious savings, LOL.

Went to Marks last week with my son. Almost $200 worth of stuff and I did not have a coupon. So, while he was in the change room, I signed up to Marks.com and by the time I got the the cash register I had a 20% off coupon.

nice running around coupon girl! I hear you on the snapsaves, you have to buy fast, and send it in even faster! I hope I get my strawberries approved today.
