On the Toolbar beside the AIR MILES® logo you'll find a drop down menu arrow. Select Toolbar Admin then select 'log out'. This will log the other Collector out of the Toolbar. Then on the Toolbar you will see a 'login' button. Click it and you can re-login to the Toolbar.

That happened to me for a couple of minutes but everything is fine now.

I got my February points. Not bad, we're getting them pretty quickly. I think on the airmiles website it says it may take 60 days to get your points from the toolbar.
I personally prefer to get my points honestly and without running the risk of being disqualified. My regular every day searching gave me over 250 searches last month.
