During the 2013 IceStorm, we lost power for 5 days, from December 22 at 2 am until December 26 at 4 pm.

my new kind of orange juice: carrots, 2 clementines, apples, lettuce (or any other leafy green in the fridge)! really trying to keep up with juicing so i can increase my fruit and veggies intake...i love my breads but gotta get it balanced!

children's place has started their black friday sale.... just finished placing an order for the kids...

now i'm going crazy trying to figure out what to get DH for christmas...

Just finished putting DD's loot bags together.

Each one consists of:

-Hello Kitty Reusable Bag
-HK sticker book
-HK necklace
-HK note pad
-HK decorative pen
-HK hair bows
-HK headband
-HK colouring book
-crayons

I'll be adding a Hello Kitty cookie to each one the night before the party (have to make them).

Each bag cost about $1.25 (includes all contents). Thanks to Target for 90% off Hello Kitty items (got them all last year after Christmas) and also to Target for $0.20 crayons (back to school sale).

Argh!

Apparently my iPod is too old... I've barely had it for a year and a half.

Tapatalk requires 7.0 software to post pictures all of a sudden but I only have 6.1.6. Apparently that's the best for 4th generation iPods.

No way I can pay another $300 for a new iPod just to post pics. Stupid tapatalk! And Apple for that matter. Why do they have to make everything so hard?

sounds like something i would do too! buy the stuff during the summer bit by bit and end up with an epic goodie bag but a stupidly cheap price
