Good morning, everyone.

Have lunch plans with a friend today. A larger group of us were supposed to get together Sunday - well, they did, I already had plans with another group of friends. I'm flattered everyone wants to spend time with me, I just wish they wouldn't all pick the same day. And while they would likely all get along, geography is a wretched thing (east enders vs west enders).

Better go see what my brats are up to, haven't told them yet that we're going away for the weekend to my Mom's (she's babysitting while I go out of town to my bff's aunt's 80th surprise party). They might spend the next 2 days crying at the door, waiting for our chauffeur to come.

Good Morning all. Thought I would say hello. I wanted to share with you a meal hospital style. This was Salmon Teriyaki, with rice pilaf & green beans. Bon- Appetit! It tasted exactly as it looked. Be back soon!

Good morning my Q friends.
The last few days have been a little emotional. Had a Drs. appointment for my Hiatus Hernia on Tuesday. Had to drink that chalky Barriam drink and get xrays of my stomach. Had to roll around on the table and freeze in uncomfortable positions. Never had it done so was a bit nervous but it was not that bad. Then yesterday I drove my friend to Beaverton to his sis-in-laws funeral. That dreaded evil "C" took her away from us. She was a wonderful woman. So generous and kind hearted. You will be missed Liz. Then today I have to go get a xray of my abdomen. So far this month I have 4 doctor appts. At the end of the month I have to get that endoscopy thing down my throat. I am really not looking forward to it. Last time it was done I was out. This time I will be awake. I freaked out. Usually I only go for my annual physical and that's it. Well I am getting older and the last couple of years were stressful. I feel 2015 will be a better year. Hopefully. I've been saying a lot of prayers lately. For my family, friends and for me. Peace and Love.
