    I went to a sale today and tried n some pants and found they were too big. I ended up trying a smaller size than I usually wear and they fit perfectly...I'm actually losing weight! This feels great!

    the scale is not the best way to see results, but the smaller clothes are very accurate!! Congrats on your weight loss gryphon!

    Keep up the good work! I have also lost enough weight to go down 4 pant sizes so I know what you are feeling. It can be tough but always think about what the smaller pant size feels in comparison to another helping of food or junk food.

    How do you lose weight? I know people who've struggled with their weight for years but still cannot slim down to their ideal goal. And I'm not a big help to them because I only know how to maintain or put on weight.
