We had just finished lunch yesterday afternoon when the clouds started blowing in so we "battened down the hatches" and put everything away. The sky was crazy yesterday. The wind was blowing one way but the clouds were coming in from another direction. We knew once the rain came and we closed the windows in the boat it would get pretty warm, so we all decided to jump in the lake to shampoo / wash / cool down for the day.....

It was "game night" yesterday afternoon and evening.... guess who won Rummoli

The winds were really strong, but luckily we didn't lose any trees.... The bad news is that earlier this year (in the spring) we noticed that we had some issues with the roof of our boat. We knew that we needed to engage in "professional" help to fix the roof, but we thought we had contained the problem.... Nope... after yesterday's rain we realized that it was leaking (badly)... The plan is to call it an early season and to fix it in September.... It's going to be big $$ but it has to be done....

I heard that a tornado touched down west of Orangeville.... I'm glad that nobody was hurt....

Besides yesterday, it was a good long week-end.... I hope everyone else had a good weekend too!! I'm glad it's a short week ahead!!!

Happy Tuesday Q sters,
Wow, what a great weekend. A side from the cool t-storm on Psunday, weather was pretty good. Caturday, Jay's game was a heartbreaker, but they did win on Friday & Psunday. Today's game with Price had it nail biting moments, but it all worked out in the end win a win.
Thanx for the VHPWs. Still looks like we're missing Caturday's at 5 pm. Maybe some of our guests can help us out.
