Unclear on Michone, as for Rick this may be where he loses his hand. In the comics it was much sooner and as for Glen it was Negan that killed him in the comics. No sense in hiding it now since the poop hit the fan last night anyways lol.

Damn, sorry about that. Looking back, maybe he didn't die as there was no screaming. Remember when Michonne was saying that you get covered in so much blood that you don't know whose blood is is?

Rick may lose it to infection (regular infection, not walker lol.)
I'd say who knows where that knife had been, but it had just been in the head of a walker.
I wonder if there was any room under that dumpster for Glenn to hide.
