Yes, history over there is incredibly complex, and the British Empire drawing arbitrary borders (as well as other western colonial nations) has led to a lot of today's mess. Tribalism, religious fanaticism, disparate cultures forced together by lines on a map drawn by outsiders... No easy solution.

Tarek Fatah has worked to bring a lot of attention to the Baloch situation and bring Baloch individuals facing persecution from Pakistan to Canada. He also makes it clear that these refugees agree to follow the laws of Canada first and foremost

Well, even though the minister says it isn't, it's obvious it is because Trudeau is withdrawing from the combat mission, so Canada isn't seen as much as an ally.
How embarrassing of a snub, he's put Canada back at the kids' table.

Oh, how very precious, and oh so inappropriate!
Sophie G-T sings the blues, a song for her daughter - at a Martin Luther King event yesterday.
Beautiful voice, but totally not the place to be so self-serving.
Now I see why the two of them are married.
Song and story here

Strange, critically injured but no criminal investigation. So he either fell down the stairs accidentally or he tried to harm himself.

It's all Justin's fault. Brazeau hasn't been the same since Justin scrambled his brains.
