it's going to be a blustery couple of days...the winds have already started..gusting to about 80km/hr...100+ overnight and in tomorrow...mixed with flurries..so typical, January winter days -3 feels like -12

Nice and sunny today! Still quite cold but the winds are light so doesnt feel so bad. Hubby was getting ready to get the snowblower out to do the walkways and driveway because of all that blowing snow the past two days but our neighbour came over and did it for us! Yay! Thank God for a great neighbour! This is the third time he did this. I told hubby we should get him a bottle of Scotch or something like that.

The high winds have knocked out internet service (luckily I have lots of data on my phone) AND there was a small fire on board our new ferry last night so that's out of commission for now..we may not get a tech to the island for a couple of days, bummer...
** I'll be carrying my own life jacket from now on when I travel on That ferry!
The operation has started on my snowmobile, the back wheel is broke in 2 pieces, should be as good as new by this evening..or tomorrow..or the next day

..flurries, lots of wind, blustery at its finest -3 feels like -12, so not too cold...had the wrong bearings for my snowmobile, but have the right bearings today (I think)..so might be fixed today ...LOTS OF SNOW!!!
