Was at rcss today. Cashier said they are no longer allowed to adjust the value of a coupon down if the price of the item is lower. Anyone else have this issue? Customer service manager looked at cashier like she had 3 heads and put it through as she hadn't heard about this new policy. not convinced it is real and have learned to never go to this cashier again.

My feeling is if the CSM was willing to do it, the cashier is making up rules. The first person to be told should be the CSM.
