    I noticed that Ricardo magazine's current issue in French has a Portuguese grilled chicken recipe-12h marinating time. That is one chicken dish I have to try this year (takeout or bbq at home if I get the nerve to buy everything (all ingredients) and get a tutorial on the bbq).

    I'm not a hot pepper sauce fan-piri piri falls into that zone.
