    well I had 3 bags to take to value village -like taking them there as they have a donation stamp card and when is filled you get 30% off
    I had a filled card from in the store which is good til june 30/16 and it was filled from my thrift shopping so I got 30% off on my items today
    I got
    (1) old navy tank top 2.49-30%=1.74
    (1) aerosport tank 3.99-30%=2.79
    (1) bag of 3 note pads 2.99-30%=2.09
    (1) pair of mens shorts tags still on them brand new(boca classics)12.99-30%=9.09
    (1) mens short sleeve shirt -penmans 5.99-30%=4.19
    (1) 750 piece puzzle 1.99-30%=1.39

    saved 9.15 with the 30% off -spent 24.05 and I love thrift would rather spend less sometimes and save the money -I still buy the odd new items in stores but really love thrift -besides where can you get mens new dress shorts for 9.09 -not walmart or gaint tiger that's for sure -0h and they fit my hubby so pretty happy I don't have to return them -lol

    I love vv too but lately the prices have been insane. You pretty much need to have a discount card or a sale to shop there. I'm a big fan of thrifting. We should start an ongoing thrift thread. I love reading about other people's finds!

    You can usually get way cheaper deals during seasonal store sales. But thrift shopping is a treasure hunt. You just need to spend the time to browse the racks and maybe you'll stumble upon a gem

    you need 6 stamps to fill a card -but you can use it before its filled -1 stamp is 5% off 2 stamps =10% and so on the 6th stamp equals 30% off -and the donation card expires dec31/2016

    Yes, great shopping and I here I BC the prices have been going up.i found a t shirt t's that was a RCSS Joe brand and it was priced the same as the store
