Contest Period
Contest runs from November 14-27, 2016. A winner will be randomly selected and announced on November 28, 2016.
Eligibility
To enter, you must be at least 19 years of age and a Canadian citizen or permanent legal resident. Quebec residents are not eligible. Employees of tripcentral.ca and their immediate family members are not eligible. Immediate family includes spouses, parents and children or any persons with whom such employees reside are not eligible to enter the contest.
Submission Rules
No purchase or payment necessary to enter. You may enter only once. Multiple entries for the same person will be disqualified, even using different email addresses.
Rights
By accepting a prize in this contest, winner agrees to have his/her submitted name displayed on our website and used by us for any purpose, at any time, without any fee or other form of compensation.
Prize
One (1) prize is available to be won, consisting of an all-inclusive vacation for two to Melia Jardines del Rey in Cayo Coco, Cuba with round-trip airfare. All costs and expenses not specifically identified as being included in the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner, including departure taxes of approximately $450 per person.
Prior to being declared a winner, selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill testing question without aid or assistance. Winner and guest will be required to sign a liability and publicity release in order to participate in prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Travel must be completed between May 1 and October 31, 2017. Blackout dates do apply and include Christmas, New Years and all major Holidays. Flights are subject to availability and flight schedules depending on prize winner's gateway. The departure gateway airport is at the control of tripcentral.ca and will be chosen as an international airport near to prize winner's home.
The prize is non-transferrable. No name changes are permitted. Winner must accept prize within 14 days of being contacted after the contest. Winner’s guest must be at least 19 years of age. Legal names and contact information for winner and guest will be required within 14 days of acknowledgement by the winner or the prize will be forfeited with no compensation.
By entering this Contest, you: (i) acknowledge to having read these rules and agree to be bound by them and the decisions of the Sponsor and the independent Contest organization, which shall be final and binding on all entrants; and (ii) agree to release and hold harmless all partners and prize suppliers involved in this contest and each of their respective subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this contest or acceptance, use or misuse of, or participation in, any prize. Entry into the Contest constitutes agreement to be bound by the Official Contest Rules.
We reserve the right to disqualify any entry for which tripcentral.ca determines, at its sole discretion dismissible.
