    2 gluten free blintzes with Lactose free Greek Yogurt and chopped banana.
    Small bowl of homemade vegetable puree soup made from leftover slices of grilled zucchini, bell peppers, mushrooms, bok choy , green onions and the very last bit of borscht soup.

    ( have not eaten yet, but man what a morning! )

    Juiced up 2 kale/ 2 spinach/ 3 romaine/ 1 entire bunch celery/ 3 pkgs fresh basil/ 2 lemons/ 5 gala apples and 4 English cucumbers, one of which came from the backyard!!
    Yield was 1 large jug + 1 lg mason jar filled + 1 medium mason jar filled and a 6 oz glass ( which I chilled first before sipping )

    next I started on making 2 separate stir fry's.

    So many veggies! ( bok choy, water chestnuts, " spiralized " sweet potato, zucchini and carrot, red pepper, green onions, broccoli, snow peas, and 2 different types of bean sprouts. Diced up plenty of sauteed chx breast to add each and in the end stages I made one General Tao and other other Sweet Thai Chili.
    My wok got a workout!!

    We are set for lunch and dinner.!! .....well...... I am, the gang can eat more of the pizza's I made yesterday if they don't want this. Whoever cooks is the boss! ha ha
