    It was free when it came out and then changed to a $ 1.00 off coupon. I've yet to receive the FPC and I did it back in July.

    Seephira...I don't think it's worth contacting the company...at least not for me. Some samples , FPC's and coupons come quick , some take forever to the point you forget about it and shows up in your mailbox and others not at all. Once in awhile I get an e-mail from a company saying that whatever it is I requested is backed up due to the volume of people asking for that promotion. If you contact them let us know what they said.

    Newfiescreech...I have received maybe 2 samples over the years from them. Unlike this company John Frieda is great sending out samples and quickly.
