First Xmas present bought at Canadian Tire. My 25 year old son had mentioned he would like a good knife set for Xmas. We drew names for Xmas last night and I got his name. Off to the last day of the CT flyer for Kitchenaid 70% of set of knives. Reg. $349 on sale for $99.99 last set in the store inventory. Probably over priced at $349 but a good deal at $99 and good reviews too.

Notice these knife sets are still on sale in the new flyer.

I took our twin boy with me to WM this morning. I checked my receipt before leaving the store and found an error on the boneless pork loins. One was the right price and the other was not. $3.90/kg vs $5.45/kg. I took it to customer service and SCOPed it for $2.83. I then went back to the boneless pork loin display and found the other $5.45/kg priced pork loin, spoke with the same supervisor, I then SCOPEd the next loin for $2.76. I did all the math and tried to help customer service figure it out. I saved $20 on meat!

my best deal today is not about coupons or a product. It is finding the wedding ring of my dear beloved mother that I tought it was lost for ever so I cried when I found the ring, such a sentimental value and in gold with diamonds too.

The Kellogg's toy voucher promotion is back this year www.kelloggstoy.ca

    At RCSS today, I purchased:

    18 x family size Kellogg's Mini Wheats @ $4.98 each - 18 x $1.00 coupons (tear-pad) = $71.64

I had a personal PC Plus offer for 600 points for every $3.00 spent on Mini Wheats so I earned 18,000 points = $18.00 value

    $71.64 (paid) - $18.00 (points value) = $53.64

All 18 boxes were specially marked with the toy promo. I've already submitted the PINs and had confirmation that 9 x $10 free toy vouchers will be mailed out in 4 - 6 weeks (3 different family addresses).

So, for a total of $53.64, I have 18 large boxes of Mini Wheats AND $90.00 worth of FREE toys!

Fajita kit $4.99-2.50 printable coupon(I only had 1 left)= $2.49. Then purchased ground beef $7.09- $6.99 freebie from purchasing the from the fajita kit (max value $6.99)= .10.

Total for 1 fajita kit and one lean ground beef $2.59

In the meat department they had a HUGE bunker of reduced price ham. The compliments brand was $1.99/ lb but the better brands (Maple Leaf) were $1.99 EACH for a half Bonless ham and .99 for a ham steaks. I purchased the Country Natuals sliced ham, Regular $12.99 for $1.99. Nov 1st expiry!

Yesterday, I went to a little store in my area that has a bit of everything, including an over-stuffed clothes section. I noticed they had several racks marked $2.00 and no tax (nothing brand name) lol..for $44.00 I ended up getting 2 track suit style sets (pants & zippered hoodie, one black & pink and the other pink & black)2 blouses, a beautiful green polar fleece sweater that I'm going to use as a Christmas gift lol, 3 pairs of relax pants, 2 purple polar fleece, different styles, 1 brown/white zipper hoodie, 5 long sleeved shirts & 4 different style zippered polar fleece in red, black, pink etc, this will all be perfect for ski-dooing and all the winter outdoor activities...and a set of sheer curtains for $2.00
