-went to price match head of lettuce today in giant tiger after an appointment-nope she said the flyer states made in usa -the one you have is made in Canada -huhhhhh never heard of that so I didn't take it -do others deal with this on fruit and veggies when price matching ???

I price match at RCSS. I've never had any of the cashiers deny a pm because the produce came from a different country.

-well guess that was giant tiger didn't want to give me a head of lettuce for .77 cents as opposed to their 2.00 price -I don't go in there that often as its out of my way -and I didn't want to question them on it would have but we have one car and my daughter-in-law is overdue ,so I was rushing with a few groceries so I could get back home incase hubby needed to take her to hospital -lol

I forgot how hard it is to sleep train a baby... 6 months old, and waking up every hour for a kiss and then for an hour (or 3, last night) with whimpering/crying no matter what around 3 or 4 AM..
I am exhausted, and poor DH has a guilty conscience and is again letting him cry it out, but doctor said told him today, has to be done.
Also told us he should be put into his own 'room', which..okay, with the way the floor layout is (and us only having 2 actual bedrooms until we move next year), no one can be out of their rooms at night now.

It was quite a while ago (about two or three years ago) that I first faced this issue, and ever since then, I have always stayed away from trying to PM if the produce is from a different country of origin. Even if it has changed, I always PM this way at all stores

Amber Mac showed how using photos printed with the HP Sprocket printer can be taped into a tree formation to put a tree on one's wall. Rather cool idea of using personal mini photos in that way!

Raking dry leaves when it's windy out... don't do it, trust me on this one. On the other hand, I did manage to get my truck washed finally. Last one of the season for me. Yesterday it was 17 degrees but I chose to do it when it's 5 degrees with a 0 windchill. I guess I've acclimatized to the temperatures finally. I bet the people driving by wondered who the nutter was that was wearing only a light hoodie while getting sprayed in the face.... did I mention that it was really windy here?
