My mother-in-law lives right next door to us, and she is insistent that 20 C is way too hot to set our thermostat at, and it should be only 18 C or lower. At that temperature we are freezing (it's an older house, not all windows are sealed, and I get cold easily). She came over to watch one of our sons while I went to an ultrasound today, and set the thermostat down to 18 C. We came home, set it back up to 20 C, she came over to ask about something and set it back down to 18 C on us!!! Like, what the hey! The passive agressive inside of me wants to go fiddle with her thermostat and see how she likes it

The prices on Amazons movies are so cheap today. I want to order 3 movies and my total is only at $17.93. I can't seem to find anything to bring it up to $25 to get free shipping!
...Maybe this should be in the "first world problems" section, lol...

I've tried twice this morning to order a hat from the children's Place, and both times my order has been cancelled even though it's still in stock....It's the only place I can find a plain cream hat too....GRRRR.

Dear cashiers, when I go and PM at your store with a receipt or other flyer please be assured that I have done my homework re: your coupon policy and when you come back from asking the supervisor and find out I was right please have the courtesy to apologize to me for 1) rolling your eyes 2) being WRONG 3) trying to embarrass me in front of other customers.

sadly it's blame the messenger not the one hooking up with other men.. it's better to know sooner then later! lets just hope she doesn't make up some random excuse saying "it's an old profile"
