this is a great topic, so many people don't get the kudos they deserve, but you sure here about it when anyone is dissatisfied! Make someone's day today!

I just did it last week at Walmart. I thought you could Price Match and use coupons - well it's one or the other. The Supervisor was professional and explained the policy and was super pleasant about the fact I didn't want to take them. Unfortunately, it took a chunk of time, so I complimented her directly and said is there some where I could write down how much I appreciated her service. She was kinda shy about that and said no need but her co-worker handed me one of those forms and commented that they had had a really hectic day.
I hope that she does get something as reward - never knew places did that.

Don't forget to thank the "bag boy" also. Many places still have people to bag your purchases and they always seem to be forgotten. I always make sure and try to thank them even if they have moved on to another checkout. Often it's just young kids on their first job after school or in the summertime.
