What's For Dinner?

Really hot out here so we are just going to do egg salad sandwiches

bbq'd chops, mashed potato, creamed corn & brussel sprouts

On the weekend we made Homemade Sweet & Sour Sauce and cooked Homemade Pork Meatballs in the Sauce. Tonight we will reheat one portion and serve with Rice I made in the Instant Pot and some Stir Fry Veggies from the bag we bought at Costco.

bbqing B/S chicken breast, have them marinading now in greek, feta dressing and once cooked will top with tomato, shredded mozz and basil and grill until the cheese is melted. I'm making extra to slice and add to a tortilla wrap tomorrow..and for today there's leftover mashed potato & pasta to go with the chicken..and fresh dinner rolls!

We hare going to have what we call stuff on a plate. We just go thru the fridge and pick out things like fruit, vegies, cheese, cold cuts etc and put them on a plate with crackers and munch while we watch tv.

We made Homemade Pulled BBQ Chicken on the weekend, we will use this to make Sandwich and since it is really hot here right now I do not feel like making a side we will just have some Chips plus Carrot & Celery Stick with dip

Just prepping for tomorrows dinner. Diced the meat up from the leftover BBQ spare ribs and am soaking an assortment of dried beans. Will add ground beef to accompany the rib meat for the chili when it gets underway.

update: it's all simmering now....I enjoy antagonizing sleeping people with aromas from the kitchen......

Tonight will be homemade Burger with Oven Fries (Might turn into Poutine, haven't decided yet) and some sort of Salad need to decide what kind of Salad we want, thinking maybe Balsamic with Bocconcini

I have a pre cooked Roast in the Freezer so I removed and turned it into a Sheppards Pie with a Mushroom Gravy and some Carrots & Celery. I also made Sour Cream buns to go with it

Bacon & Cheddar Cheese sausages with green beans, potatoes and carrots topped with fried bread crumbs. watermelon, honey dew and pineapple slices for dessert.
