Lunch was 2 pieces of Kimmel bread with Liver Pate, a handful of cherries and a handful of fresh strawberries.

Cranberry chicken with mashed patatoes and yellows beans and cheese

I only had the one large steak, so I seared both sides in the cast iron pan, added chunks of onions and mushrooms and covered it tight, into the oven at 280 degrees for.....??? minutes ....yup! I dozed off as it cooked. Woke up in a panic and it was so tender, juicy...I got lucky.
It could be for DH lunch today...or his dinner, that is unless DS sees it first.

yesterday I forgot to post but I had made up another taco layer dip....but this time I checked to make sure we had Tostito chips. We did.
DH and I watched the replay of all 3 games with the Blue Jays vs Kansas City, way before any of this virus was in our heads!! Talk about bored!

was shopping this a.m. at Sobeys, cracked under the temptation and bought myself a pre made lemon chicken, vermicelli noodle take out thing. That was my breakfast and lunch....lol. never shop when you're hungry, I knew better.
