Not finding it too hot in the house and needed easy so I am throwing a Homemade Meat Loaf and Homemade Mac and Cheese from the freezer in the Oven, not I just need to come with a veggie

Going north for the week end so will do bbq pork chops and corn on the cob

Portobello Pizzas with Roasted Tomatoes, Mozzarella & Bacon. Will make a Salad, torn between Cesar or Balsamic.

I might also make Cheesy Garlic Naan as there was a comment made that some Garlic Bread would be nice, but we do not have any bread to make Garlic Bread so Naan will have to work.

Going to try Italian Chicken and Potatoes in the Slow Cooker and will serve with a Balsamic Salad with Cucumber, Tomatoes, Bocconcini, lettuce and homemade Balsamic Dressing

I have a headache so decided something simple.Chicken salad with veggies .Iceberg lettuce,rotisserie cook chicken in chunks,diced avocados,tomatoes and nordics cucumbers and ranch dressing...dessert will be ice cream a treat

not sure when DH is starting his dinner menu today but he'll be mixing and forming homemade patties and skewers of shrimp ( store bought frozen ones ) for the BBQ, and making up a cold pasta salad
( with bow ties!! ) I need to save my appetite.

Today is supposed to be unbearably hot so I thinking we will have the Beef Stir Fry I made on the week so all we need to do is Microwave it, but I do need to make some Rice which I can do in the Instant Pot.

Last night we had simple egg salad sandwich with ceaser salad. Then an ice cream cone. Which killed my stomach and sleep all night! No ice cream tonight for me!

Tonight- salad for sure. Not sure what else.
