It didn't occur to me last night when I was at SDM how useful the $2 L'Oreal hang tags I saw would be for tonight during "magic hour". When Friday's sales/point offers overlap with those of the upcoming flyer. But I did snag 4...

    So tonight: 4 bottles L'Oreal shampoo/conditioner @$3.99 each, used 4 x $2 coupons, earned 6000pts
8 boxes of Tampax radiant @$3.99 each, used 8 x $3 printed coupons NLA
2 cases diet Pepsi (my addiction) $6.07 each
One gluestick for the kids @ $1.99
    One nail polish @3.99

20x pts offer 18810pts, 990 base pts, 5000pts via inquiry for my cosmetic purchase, ~1710pts from PC MasterCard

    After points/coupons OOP $5.92

Can you explain more about the "magic hour"? Is there a specific start/stop time? TIA.

It happens only once in awhile because most SDM flyers end on a Thursday. But for those times when they have a flyer till Friday, its Friday evening, sometime around 8pm-til closing. Sale prices and points offers from the current and upcoming flyer overlap. Double check with the price checker if you're ever unsure of a sale price. The point offers, that technically start on the Saturday, are a bit of a gamble, but every time I've done it, it's after 8pm and it works. Also great to take advantage of this when you have a 20X loaded offer on your PC optimum card.

I had an offer for spend 8.00 on vector and get 4000 PCO. I had 4 FPC from the current promo so the cereal was free and I got 8000 PCO, & I will submit the receipt to get at least 1 more FPC. I can’t recall if there was a household limit of 5 like the MasterCard.
Friends don't let real friends pay full price.

Nice, love these ones, where you're paid to take home the item. Which store is offering the instore points? Please and thanks.

My RCSS bags up the loose bananas and marks them 30% off. DS eats tons! I bought 2 huge bags and cost was under $2. Some ready to eat. Some green. All in perfect shape!
