@Giseledta : Great mind think the same haha!!! I also need to do a pantry cleaning and check my inventory,
Also I try to always go to the grocery with a strict list..a habit I had kind of lost a few time during the year ..it helps
Also watch a real sale and no ''fake'' sales and compare the price since everything is going up..try to switching to name brand so it is cheaper a little bit and really the taste is the same.

In case many of us are wondering how to put canned bean liquid (aka aquafaba) to use as an egg substitute, use 3tbsp of the liquid to replace one egg in recipes. I will try that tip this week once I drain white kidney beans to make bean dip/spread.
