Good morning all,

Nothing too exciting happening lately. Grabbed a couple of pc coffees and earned 10,000 points, headed to the florist this morning to order some eucalyptus garland for the buffet table for my parents 60th wedding anniversary I’m having. The nice part is that it can be broken up afterwards and guests can take it home to hang in their showers. Oh and I have to order the linen rentals then the major stuff is done.

Happy Monday! School bus cancelation again in our area.
It has been a pretty quiet weekend at home. Did pop out locally but not much running around and not for long.
Did get out for a walk yesterday downtown- but cut it short once the wind and snow picked up!

SDM- Found hair products and deodorant for $1/$2/$3. Bought a few items.

Was a very lazy weekend. Just kept the kitchen clean and did put away clean laundry. And some meal prep/made dinner so that counts!
This morning I cleaned out another kitchen cupboard.
Will empty and clean a 3rd one by the days end. It's less overwhelming if I do it one cupboard at a time.

I thought today was going to be a quiet work day but I was wrong! So I better get at it.

Ms Sunshine is beaming on the snow overhanging off the roof eaves. Look up for icicles whenever you walk under a roof or by tall buildings. Good chance of melting snow and ice shifting towards the ground today.

Blueberries await my attention today: will they be in pancakes, waffles or coffee cake?

@Frugalbigmama , my Shoppers last week had clearance Dove and pump style Old Spice shampoo/bath products but not at the low prices you saw. The Old Spice tall pumps were $8.99. I would like to get one if it gets a $5 price. The Gentlemen collection ads make me laugh and Isaiah Mustafa (Old Spice Guy) is in two of Instacarts's Super Bowl ads this year.

@harbie what a wonderful milestone to celebrate in style for your parents! SIXTIETH?? I looked it up and seems Diamonds mark the gift list.
Not many can afford to gift the blessed couple with diamonds but I came across this unique looking teapot! Very affordable on amazon apparently.
Are your parents teetotalers? ha ha
Congrats to the very lucky couple who have weathered that many years together!

Just went out to the thrift store and bought some shirts and a crock pot. I found out seniors get 30% off on Tuesday and on the first Wed evening of the month everyone gets 50% off. I will be marking that on my calendar.

Good Evening Everyone,
Today was my first day back in the office went pretty well but was pulled in many different directions which made getting things done a little hard.

For the most part I felt ok, some pain and pressure but to be expected.

I did not want to go to Costco but looking at the long range forecast it was today not this week so off I went. It was a small shop only grabbed what we need now so no stocking up except for sales (Collageen, Kleenex and Nachos). My Costco was completely out of Greek yogurt, none to be found, disappointed as this was one of my main reasons for going, actually this is what I used to convince myself to go.

I had seen some posts online about Costco now only having medium eggs and sure enough yep, only medium and extra large. I still have one more 30-pack of eggs I bought the recall that were no effected so guess we will see what I find once these are gone.

But the number of carts I saw with multiple cartons/flats of eggs and the Milk, oh the milk so many carts with 4+ bags.

Since there was no yogurt, I ran into No Frills on the way home and Price Matched Astro to Freshco, hoping this will bridge the gap. I have not found another Greek yogurt we like but do like the Astro Vanilla and since I bought a ton of fruit last week yogurt is a must.

Also had to fill up on gas, hoping to get 4 fill ups before March 5th, the last two times I ended up one fill up short.

Clean up after dinner, running the dishwasher and counting down to bedtime.

I love that teapot @walkonby . My dad is the tea man but mom would prefer coffee even though she doesn’t drink it often. The only diamonds I’m getting them is the sparkly “diamonds” on the cake topper

Good Day! Getting ready for the storm to hit us tomorrow through to Thursday. Even though I am reading reports on how snow covered snow squall drives were happening this morning.
My bestie and I have a night away Thursday- an event we were invited to and decided to make an afternoon/night of it with a bit of pool/hot tub/steam room relaxing. Hope the storm wraps up early Thursday morning!

Last night I wanted a meal I didn't have to cook. So since I wanted to move my car while our driveway was cleaned I popped up to RCSS and picked up the Chicken dinner meal. Grabbed DS's ceasar dressing to bring the total over $20 and redeemed $20 in PC pts and paid $1.50 cash.- Figured one last time to save the tax on it. And the only good part really was the chicken so going forward will only get that if needed. The potatoe wedges weren't good. The bread hard. At least we saved on the wedges as it had 30% off. oh well it filled the hole last night and we have some leftovers for today.

Work- Getting stuff done. Almost done one thing on my get done ASAP list. Just waiting to confirm a few things.
Then on to the next important thing on my list.

The snow has stopped. I will get out later before the storm starts hopefully. I really should get gas....I keep putting it off with this weather.

Afternoon just cashed out for a $20.00 gift card from Amazon from doing surveys .

Hubby and i went out for our valentines meal today before the storm coming ,we had 2 can dine for 19.99 at swiss chalet .Nice lunch it was plus it was free thanks to a gift card my dear brother gave me for Xmas.
Nice not to pay taxes so gave the waitress a little more in a tip.

Stopped at giant tiger on the way to swiss chalet to get a toy for Sebastian for easter 9.99 no tax .

Plus donated 2 boxes and a bag to thriftique a new store in our city that doesnt charge any tax on their items .

Good Afternoon Everyone,
Another in office day for me, today I was in our production plant for a meeting, there was training onsite (not with me) and then a meeting after I had to attend.

Well I was there of course I got pulled into other things but fixed up a few oddities since that have popped up since we merged our 2 plants.

No snow here today but it is supposed to be a different story tomorrow. I swear everytime I look at my phone the amount of snow my area is expecting goes up. Where is one of our managers who were onsite today said their area is the opposite everytime he looks it has gone down. I offered he could have ours.

Working late today because there was an opps at work, they updated our test environment and deleted all of my test materials and I have two people in training so I need to get it reset up. So I put on one of my shows and have it going in the background well I put all of the testing materials back into test company.

Since I was in our plant today I surprised Mom with Shawarma for a late lunch early dinner. There is a place down the road from our plant that we used to order from when Bro was with his Ex and we would take it to their house for dinner. This place is so good and since we did not get Take-out for her Bday back in January I took my hot/cold grocery bag with me and picked it up on the way home. I am beyond stuffed now.

Will check the flyers tomorrow to see the upcoming sales although it looks like shopping won't happen until sometime next week. But we are stocked up so we should not need anything before the weekend.
