Found 3x 2-litre cartons of 1% milk for $1.99 each at T&T market. Still have 3 days before sell-by-date. Just in time for the re-freeze event.

PC chicken strips and nuggets has a sign that says no limit at my Maxi so we are at 40 boxes using all family's freezers. I think I can fit 8 more.

@couponmummy lol!! There was a time when our kids were in their teen years and the boys could inhale those strips t every meal if allowed. Thankfully those years are behind us.
DH and I only buy the odd box of Janes strips now when they have the very low sale prices. Congrats on filling your freezers.

Walmart had a dozen eggs for $2.07
I think that I've been cursed by the Retail Gods.
Yesterday, I found 3x 2-litre cartons of milk for $1.69, but I couldn't buy any because I don't have any more freezer space. I also saw cans of green beans for $0.50/can. These are the same ones I previously purchased for $0.50 each. I was going to come back today with a car to buy them. Arggh, they don't have any more. Alas, one day late.
I think that the Gods are punishing me by tempting me with good deals I just can't buy. Boo-hoo.My food may not befit a king, but I eat like a horse.

Ye' Gods continue to tempt and taunt me!
Found 3x chubs of oven-roasted chicken breast for $3.15/lb from Edm RCSS; too good to pass
Calgary Walmart had 2x 1.89-litre cartons of choc milk for $1 and several 750mL cartons for $0.18 each! We never get such good prices in Edm. The best I get is $1.67 for the big cartons and $0.62 for the small ones. And the Calgary ones even have 3 days left on the Best Before date. Crazy.
I think that Edm does not give such great offers because of their clientele; they don't need to discount as deeply. The Edm store has a large population of ethnic minorities and I think that they are more tolerant of the 'day-before' sell-by date than the Calgary clientele, who are more European. That's my theory, at least. I wish Edm could get those good Calg prices!
Also picked up 3x 5-pound tubes of cooked chicken breast for $3/lb in Calgary. A weekend of deals and nowhere in my freezers to put them. Come home to find my snowbank melting and cartons of milk poking their heads through the snow. ROFL.My food may not befit a king, but I eat like a horse.

Trying not to count my " recliner chickens " before they hatch but a whole brand new deluxe recliner ( electric ) is being delivered here in a few days.
This has involved some wrangling on my part as I had a valid extra warranty on the chair here and it the thing was malfunctioning! I was given a song
and dance, asked to upload a video with the issue. I did that 2 times. Really hoping the new chair arrives with no problems.

Loblaws gave both our cards another free lunchables. Grandkids seem to like them. Also won a pack of mini muffins on the spin game. They are pretty good
