Good Morning Everyone,
Did not get much done yesterday, this is why I don't like running errands on the weekend because when I get home my body says "we achieved something we are good." But also for some reason, I did not lift anything heavy my Costco shop was fairly light but all of a sudden my back kept twitching like it was going to spasm so decided best to take it easy.
Today, I am trying to find my ambition. I have been having trouble sleeping again, I keep waking at random times during the night and usually end up awake for about an hour or so before I fall back to sleep. The broken sleep is really messing with me. I almost started my day at 3:30 this morning because that is when I woke up but also realized it would just lead to me crashing later. Not sure if falling back asleep was good or bad yet.
I was going to skip prepping today to try to get some cleaning done but I did not prep last weekend and my eating was, well not good this last week. I track my meals, water in take and how much produce I eat and water was good the rest could be better so today I will prep.
I am struggling with our meal plan for this week, I have no ideas, no cravings, I tried Pinterest for inspiration but nope, nothing. Some weeks this cooking thing is so much work.
Guess I will start by cleaning out the fridge, don't think there is much to go but will pull out everything I need to prep and go from there.

It’s a warm sunny day here. I have a todo list a mile long and and I am still on the deck with my coffee. I have yet to hear from my site supervisor so we will see if I am actually working the election. I know my proposed location so my plan is to show up. DH had his call Friday. If they don’t need me I will use the new found time wisely.

Honnestly.........the more I talks about me worrying about the situation........The worst it gets.
I am not hungry since noon yesterday and skipped my pills too.
Not sure if I will be hungry today.........
I am not capable to win and go forward that situation. That breaks my heart.
Things could be so differents...........The goal is to live day by day not to much thinking hahaha !!!!

I took advantage of the bbq sauce offer at Sobeys. I spent 22.00 on bbq sauce and cheese slices, earned 900 Scene points and received a 10.00 Sobeys gift card. It’s been ages since the deals have lined up. I finally got the call to confirm for the election so now I need to pack food for my very long day.

Good Morning Everyone,
I got no prep done yesterday as I ended up helping Mom with a few things and my day was over.
I did manage to get some tidying up done and I am always happy to see things leave my house. It is a slow process but we are working on it which is good.
I wore my new shoes well I was cleaning yesterday and I love them, actually thinking of going back to grab a second pair.
I was thinking about being in the office and after work doing some shopping, maybe grab a second pair of running shoes, try to find new flats for Summer Dress Season, and there are a few things we need for house (new living room light, we need new serving spoons we have had 2 break). But now I see they are calling for potentially damaging storms tomorrow so may need to wait for another day.
I also need to close off April's budget, I was going to do it last night but I ended up helping Mom build her walker instead. I think I am good but a couple areas might be a little higher than I would have liked this month so I need to get it on paper and confirm.

Happy Monday! We have blue skies and sunshine!
My puma order (runners) were delivered on Saturday while I was away from the house. I texted DS asking him to look and bring them in and he did!
I didn't open the package till yesterday afternoon and one pair was correct and one pair was a totally different style and size and Men's! First time time that has happened to me. I called in and the customer service was fantastic and the missing pair is on the way to me!
The Elmvale Maple Syrup festival was not a big as previous years. Usually the main street was closed off and full of vendors. As well as the street to the arena and then the arena full of vendors as well. This year just a few food trucks on the one street and the arena.
I did notice Muskoka was having a Maple syrup festival the same day.
Sunday- What a beautiful day. I had lots to do at home but also got out to one of my fav places- Out on the dock! It was very chilly out on the docks but I tried to soak in some of the sunshine and the water looked beautiful! I didn't even treat myself to a coffee this weekend- brought mine from home in my travel mug
Somebody took out a package of ground beef from the freezer Sat night. So Sunday morning I made pasta sauce. Made for a perfect quick dinner after walking at the docks. (even though I want to give the one Chinese place here one more try....but I resisted the urge again)
I feel like I am motivated to get lots done in the house this week! I am going to power through and make it happen! I did move a box of clothing to my vehicle yesterday for donation which was good since the box had been sitting in the bedroom for over 3 months! Progress!
Ok off to get stuff done! Enjoy the day!

@cath007 I’m sorry you’re dealing with all this but you have to take care of yourself. If you have medication that you’re supposed to be taking then you have to do it. Don’t skip meals. You need to keep yourself up. Hugs
