@cath007 I do appreciate when you post what coupons are coming it helps me to know what to look for
I did not find the go squeaz coupons neither the Degree coupons, neither the Axe body spray coupon. Since not all stores usually carry the same coupons it’s difficult to find them all and sometimes it empty pads you are looking at. I have a coupon circle in different city and no one found those 2 coupons I mentioned .
Trading on this site is not very successfully at times because lots of people are not finding the coupons.
I have reached out to 2 members in regards to the Degree coupon and Scotties coupon.

@cath007 , the only coupons I find these days are for Protein Milk.
I find coupons are sparse, even when I find tear pads maybe it is just me but they seem thinner than they used to be. I do not think they are putting out as many coupons as they used to.
I cannot remember the last time I found a coupon we would use.2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

Found a package of what looked like jerky on my walk. It must have lain on the grass for such a long time that the label on it had faded. The plastic was still tightly sealed, so I opened it and tasted. It seemed fine, so I ate it. I'll know if I was correct, in a few hours.
My food may not befit a king, but I eat like a horse.

Good Evening Everyone,
Didn't get as much done today as I would have liked but something is better than nothing.
Cleaned out the fridge, we did have some food waste this week as we had some off leftovers where we had one part of a meal but would need to make something to eat them which did not happen. I need to get better at matching all parts of the meal.
Took out our regular recycling and garbage. I must say it was a bit nippy out there.
My back was feeling okay until I took the garbage then it told me it was not happy.
I did some tidying, I have a bin of stuff to go downstairs that I will post for sale.
Dinner was Roast Beef, Mashed Potatoes and Glazed Carrots. Used up a part bag of frozen Baby Carrots from the chest freezer.
I have a few more options for dinner this week but I have to be honest, I am kind of stuck and Pinterest nor Instagram are helping.
The Kitchen is clean, my back is now really bugging me again so back to Pinterest I go well I sit with a heating pad on my back.Last edited by SassyAshley; Sun, Apr 19th, 2026 at 06:50 PM.

Evening i am tired going up to bed to read a bit before i turn out the lights.
Today i was helping Ashlyn figure out (money)change (she has adhd) so a few things can be challenging. Then i listened to her friend problems age 12 .Let her sleep in as she needs it.
Cara i played 2 games with her ,played with playdoh .I let her make some sort of slime/playdoh which she took home in a bag .I put her long hair up ,she looked so cute .Then she told me" Nana i have more fun with you " and you always give us stuff .I gave the girls 2 new necklaces ,i paid .75 each at a local thrift store .Someone made them and donated all of them .
Then cooked a nice chicken supper .So a bit tired now .Oh and i did a load of laundry in between all that which took forever to dry .Cant wait for my new machines.

Dh and I final got an espresso machine. We got a Breville that was $249 then on sale for $219 a few weeks ago and today it was $179 so we pulled the trigger. Excited to give it a try.
Also still try to get used to my new glasses. It’s definitely harder than I expected. Oh well, I have 30 days to decide if I want to keep them or exchange them.Last edited by harbie; Sun, Apr 19th, 2026 at 09:31 PM.

Happy Monday!
Not a bad weekend considering the weather. Friday- Went for a drive out of town- stopped at a few stores and picked up a few groceries.
Came home and made dinner quickly (using the cooked ground turkey in the freezer)
Saturday morning- Up early and out of the house at 830am with coffee to go down to the docks for a walk. As soon as I got in the car it started pouring rain. So decided to go do running around. At RCSS found a package of drumsticks for $2.73. At Giant Tiger picked up 2 x 3 pk BLSL chicken breast for $5 each (reg $11.97). Went home and prepped all the chicken to cook up that evening for dinner (and leftovers) Also chopped up 2 batches of potatoes for dinner (white and sweet potatoes) and cooked fresh green beans with it. (an I had 1/2 an avocado with my dinner)
Sunday- The sun was shining so grabbed coffee to go and brought hat/mitts/jacket and went out to the beach and parked and went for a walk. Then decided to do the drive to Wasaga Beach to see the construction happening. The main beach drive is all closed
. I'm sure it will reopen once the construction/building is done but it won't be the same. Dinner was a repeat of Saturday night.
Today- Work. Dinner will be leftover chicken and fresh sweet potatoes/veggie. For others chicken and some other sides I make.
I bought ground beef (frozen) because I plan on making Big Mac bowls this week (well beef on lettuce/onions/pickles and some sauce I make) Really looking forward to this
This afternoon after I eat I plan on bundling up and going for a walk around the neighborhood. Today is a no spend day so I am leaving my car parked in the garage so I am not tempted to go out. I'm going to make black beans with taco seasoning today so they are ready for tomorrow nights dinner. Trying to stay one step ahead of the dinner game! Since we have all the fixings for tacos (I will make taco meat for the others....) I have lots of avocados to use up so tacos just make sense!
Have a great Monday!

Good Morning Everyone,
Already a crazy morning but do I expect anything different LOL.
There are a bunch of guys working outside and I am a little worried as I think I see a Hydro Truck, that would make working tricky.
My back was super unhappy again this morning. I know I should try to take it easy but if I take it easy things won't get done. We will see how things go.
Another night of what is for dinner..... I am thinking Smashed Baked Potatoes, the Dill Pickle Salad kit we need to eat up, now I just need to come up with a protein. Normally I would d BBQ Chicken but we are out of BBQ Sauce. We will see what I come up with.
Happy Monday Everyone.2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

Morning woke up at 2.00 a.m with pain in my new knee couldnt get back to sleep .I called my neighbour later as she has had both done ,she said maybe its scar tissue breaking up ,or the nerves coming back as long as it not red or infected.
So i am icing it and trying to move around a bit .
The installers are at our house installing our new gas fireplace ,when they were outside .My neighbour decided to chat with them for awhile ,then hubby said "we gotta go out '" which we do need to be there for the girls at 3.30.I am surprised he didnt ask how much this is costing us.Ahhh life.

I also have zero luck finding coupons that I want so I keep seeing the iogo one but that’s because I don’t need it. I did use 2 of the 3.00 off PB or cream cheese last week. It requires you to buy Dempster bagels which I was buying anyway so I thought to look at the price of cream cheese and PB. Cream cheese was a big no at 4.99 but PB was on sale for 3.49 for the small jar. It was a short date of August but for 49 cents it was too good to pass up and the small jar makes sense as I am the only pb fan in this house.
Friends don't let real friends pay full price.
