I had my girlfriend for lunch ,so nice .Then i sent her home with a few fresh buns ,ham and potatoe salad for her son and her.
She brought me a gift "Laura Secord Maple fudge "so yummy .

I gave her a small gift this is what i spent lovely tea towel 1.00 dish cloth 1.00 hand cream 1.00 all reduced from walmart Nivea shower gel 2.00(sobeys after points)
softsoap hand soap 2.00 shoppers=7.00 bag free reused.

Then i took her to local thrift store and i bought 3 small bags .50 cents each .

Rescued 8x sandwiches, wraps, and burgers, a cookie, and a brownie from my Shell stations, along with 500mL carton of milk to wash it all down.

Found a 80g bag of turtle/corn chips, as I walked out of my T&T

Going away for the night with my sister for a girls night Bringing my swimsuit so we can use the pool and get some laps in before our nice dinner
We are attending a Deal or No Deal show this evening... Never been so looking forward to see what it is all about.

Hoping my sister will want to stop at Costco tomorrow morning before we each head our separate ways home. I would like to look at the fitness watches... I hit a milestone and I have decided this is my reward

Morning today we are going over to see the girls as we havent seen them in awhile ,we are taking pizza for a treat .I may go in my son's hot tub ,i havent been immersed in water other than a shower since last august .Everyone that has a knee replacement tells me you can never take a bath again ,too hard to get up.I am willing to try maybe next year ,we will see.

Loved the visit with my girlfriend ,it is so hard to see people out there that have it worse than myself .Her dear hubby died 10 years ago ,and she is finding it hard to maintaine a house .Money wise ,the only grocery store near her is Metro ,she is 73 and i see a difference from age 65 to in your 70's,heck i am getting up there at age 66.So when i sent her home with a bit of extra food after our lunch she than thanked me .Look she even brought me laura secord fudge as a gift.

Well we are going back into heat wave i hear ,maybe try to whippersnipp the back yard early on.

Headed to the 50% off thrift store sale this morning. Then to Shoppers for eggs and butter on sale. My kind of shopping.

Bought one shirt for $4( no tax) and eggs at 2.99 per dozen and butter for 4.49 per pound. I am happy with those prices.

Came across a dropped package of gum on the way home. I don't chew much gum, but I'll use it up.
